Our rental costs include the following: base rent of the apartment, utilities, furnishings, kitchen and housewares packages, linens (bedding and towels), television with basic cable, local phone service, monthly housekeeping (optional), washer/dryer (in most units), covered parking or garage (where available), and full use of the community facilities. Other options can also be added to the package to make your life even easier.
